Join Celtic Property Management as our Project Manager of Operations-Analyst and help support a growing portfolio with a strong focus on financial performance, reporting accuracy, and system optimization, especially in Yardi.

This position will work closely with the President and report directly to the President, playing a key role in driving operational alignment across departments and properties.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role designed for someone who knows the ins and outs of multifamily property operations and wants to be a strategic resource in improving efficiency, compliance, and financial clarity company-wide.

What You’ll Do:

Analyze financial and operational performance across properties

Create and maintain reports for occupancy, collections, variance, and budgeting

Perform GL reconciliations, support the close process, and ensure Yardi data integrity

Collaborate with accounting, operations, and compliance teams to streamline workflows

Support audits and monitor compliance with company policies and housing regulations (LIHTC/HUD)

Partner with regional and site-level teams to improve financial processes and train on system best practicesRequirements:

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field ( But not required)

3+ years in property management operations or accounting

2+ years of hands-on Yardi Voyager experience (required)

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)

Understanding of multifamily budgeting, variance analysis, and reporting

Knowledge of LIHTC/HUD a plus (willing to train the right person)

Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills
