Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Senior IT Help Desk Technician to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will provide onsite technical support to our diverse SMB clientele, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction. Your expertise in troubleshooting, network configurations, and customer communication will be crucial in delivering outstanding service.

Deliver onsite and remote IT support to clients, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
