What You’ll Do
As a Senior Cloud DevSecOps Engineer, you’ll design and implement secure, scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines while mentoring junior engineers and leading technical decision-making. You’ll collaborate across teams to create robust, reliable, and compliant cloud environments that support development through deployment.
Your Responsibilities:
Architect and maintain secure cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using CDK, CloudFormation, or Terraform
Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for rapid, secure deployments
Automate testing, monitoring, and compliance tasks
Guide cross-functional teams in implementing cloud-native solutions
Drive adoption of DevSecOps best practices in development and operations
Ensure alignment with security policies and government compliance standards
Lead code reviews, troubleshoot performance issues, and optimize system reliability
Document architecture decisions, technical processes, and implementation details
Requirements:
What You Bring
U.S. Citizenship (Required)
Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility and polygraph (Required)
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
9+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s OR 7+ years with a master’s
Available to work onsite in Goodyear, AZ or Herndon, VA
Preferred Skills or Experience:
Technical Proficiency:
Deep experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Proficient in Terraform, CDK, or CloudFormation (IaC tools)
Strong scripting skills in Python
Cloud networking, security, and infrastructure compliance
Familiarity with Linux and Windows system administration
Experience with Git, CI/CD, and automated testing frameworks
Comfortable with PKI and cloud-native identity management (SSO, Active Directory)
Knowledge of secure coding and cloud cybersecurity best practices
Bonus: Familiarity with AWS WorkSpaces and IC Customer Environment norms
