Are you a detail-oriented, hands-on professional with a passion for innovation and bringing ideas to life? We’re looking for a Product Development Technician to join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving products from concept to launch.

In this exciting and multifaceted role, you’ll work across various stages of the product development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support design, prototyping, testing, and process improvement efforts that bring innovative products to market efficiently and effectively.

What You’ll Accomplish and Experience

Support product development activities from initial concept through to final production.

Collaborate with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to develop and refine prototypes.

Conduct product testing and assist with troubleshooting and technical problem-solving.

Maintain accurate documentation of development processes, test results, and modifications.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement practices.

Desirable Previous Experience

A passion for creating high-quality products that solve real-world problems.

Strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
