Plans, monitors, manages, and completes internal projects for Network Management for the Ohio and Kentucky markets from initiation through completion. Manages projects to ensure on-time completion according to specifications and within budgeted costs. This role supports and manages large Provider Network projects.

+ Under general direction, leads the planning and execution of key organizational projects, ensuring consistent alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budget constraints.

+ Develops project plans, defines specific deliverables and deadlines, and establishes project milestones for Network Management.

+ Audits large provider data files for accuracy of demographic and network information.

+ Manages large provider mailings.

+ Identifies project risks and issues, develops risk mitigation strategies, and establishes contingency plans.

+ Prepares and delivers project progress reports, highlighting achievements, risks, and mitigation strategies.

**Required Qualifications**

+ A minimum of 5 years of professional work experience

+ Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge and proficiency. Such as use of pivot tables, v-look up, etc.

+ Adept at problem solving and decision making skills

+ Adept at collaboration and teamwork

+ Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills

+ Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Provider Network Management experience and understanding of Aetna systems.

**Education**

+ Bachelor's degree preferred or a combination of education and professional work experience.

**Pay Range**

The typical pay range for this role is:

$54,300.00 - $119,340.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
