PARALEGAL IN PUNTA GORDA

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused Paralegal to join our dynamic team and draft documents in our Punta Gorda office. WHAT WE OFFER

TYPICAL DAY

- Prepare and draft legal documents for attorneys, including client trust and estate planning documents, probate filings, and other relevant legal materials as needed

- Review, edit, and revise documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency

- In-office work only; no remote work

- 8:30am – 5pm; Monday – Friday

- Minimal overtime

ABOUT YOU

- Detail oriented and highly organized

- Willing to learn complex legal concepts and adapt to individual situations

- Able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment

QUALIFICATIONS

- Proficient typing skills

- Proficient with computers and able to learn new programs quickly

- Paralegal certification preferred but not necessary

- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree is helpful but not required
