Application Technical Specialist I Compensation

The pay for this position is $17.00 per hour

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Application Technical Specialist I Highlights

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

The required availability for this position is Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts that may fluctuate to accommodate day/night projects and different time zones

Paid training is provided onsite in the office for 5 days a week, with shift times between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM

Application Technical Specialist I Responsibilities

Take and make calls for multiple technology rollout projects in a call center setting

Provide first-level technical support to field technicians, vendors, and contractors installing or upgrading IT hardware in stores

Receive inbound calls through a queue; make outbound calls as required

Update tracking applications and perform system validations

Communicate via email and use Excel for project updates

Support multiple technical rollout projects simultaneously, adjusting shift times based on project needs and time zones

Application Technical Specialist I Requirements

A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience

High School Diploma or GED

Clear, accurate, and tactful communication (verbal and written)

Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Preferred Qualifications

IT hardware installation experience is preferred but not required
