Job Overview:
Client is seeking a mid-to-senior level Electrical Engineer II with expertise in RF circuit design and wireless communication systems. In this role, you will perform hands-on testing, debugging, and evaluation of RF kits and circuits for redesigned MSI products. This is an exciting opportunity for an RF specialist to work within a fast-paced Hardware R&D lab environment and contribute to high-impact, cutting-edge communication technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and test RF kits/circuits as part of sustaining product development.
Conduct performance verification testing for redesigned Client RF products.
Build, debug, and troubleshoot RF circuits with precision and speed.
Use RF lab equipment (Network/Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Power Meters, etc.) to validate designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support project goals.
Summarize and communicate complex technical findings clearly and effectively.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in RF circuit design and wireless communication.
Solid understanding of:
PLL, VCO, and receiver design
RF power amplifier design
RF communication theory
Proficient with lab testing tools: Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Signal Generators, Power Meters.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Able to manage multiple projects independently while working collaboratively with a team.
Safety-conscious; lab safety glasses required (provided by Motorola).
Work Environment:
Lab/office setting within a Hardware R&D department.
Collaborative 8–10-person engineering team.
Reports directly to the Hiring Manager.
