Job Description
Responsibilities include:
Support the plumbing department in diagnostic and routine service visits to ensure proper repairs and code compliance are met in all completed work.
Register and maintain Michigan Apprentice License
Project work may also be performed in this role
Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic services for plumbing concerns in both residential and commercial settings
Accept instruction and guidance with a positive mindset
Install plumbing fixtures, components, and systems according to code
Work with other plumbing professionals to complete project work as required; this may include dig jobs and water heater installation
Ability to properly use drain equipment based on the type and location of the drain
Interact with residential and commercial customers to learn more about concerns, discuss resolutions and collect payment on site
Common service requests may include but are not limited to fixture leaks, sump pump replacements, drain clearing and video inspection, toilet installations, and fixture replacements
