Job Description
Title: Senior Fullstack Engineer IV – Customer Care & Communications Platform
Location: Charlotte, NC (3-days onsite, 2-days remote Hybrid schedule)
Note: This is a W2 contract role – C2C and 3rd party candidates will NOT be considered
The Fullstack Software Engineer will be responsible for:
· Establishing coding best practices, conducting constructive peer code reviews, and enabling CI/CD and test and release pipelines
· Working with DevOps team to build and deploy software solutions to AWS
· Triaging production and integration issues from API consumers
Job Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience in JavaScript, Typescript, and other common design patterns; knowledge of other programming languages or technologies is preferred
· 5+ years of experience building Restful and GraphQL APIs with Node.js
· 5+ years of experience/understanding of React/React Native
· 5+ years of experience with relational, key-value, or document databases
· 5+ years of experience building applications and CI/CD pipelines on AWS
· Demonstrated, hands-on experience with distributed systems design and architecture to build scalable, reliable, and resilient platforms
· Openness to learning and contributing to features built using modern technologies
· A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical field
