Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Develop strategic plans to achieve business development goals and revenue targets.
Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure successful delivery.
Create proposals, conduct presentations, and negotiate contracts.
Track market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
1+ years of proven experience in IT sales or business development.
Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and digital transformation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organized.
Must be able to work on-site in Northborough, MA, Monday to Friday, 6 hours per day
Preferred Skills:
Network of industry contacts and potential clients.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project delivery models.Company Description
