Java Developer - Java, Swing, Networking

Location: West Midlands, UK (2 days on-site per week)

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

Key Skills & Requirements:

3+ years of experience in Java-based software development

Proven track record in large-scale desktop and client/server applications

Hands-on experience in high-availability, mission-critical software

Strong background in multi-threading, Java networking (TCP/UDP, web services, messaging protocols)

Experience with Swing is essential.

Solid understanding of end-to-end testing, unit testing, and debugging
