Key Responsibilities: in your role as Business Development Manager, you will report directly to the Operations Manager, and your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Managing daily business development and sales unit operations to meet desired objectives.

• Developing strategic, operational, and tactical business development plans with the executive management team.

• Research business projects and present viability recommendations to executive management.

• Creating business proposals, market entry strategies, and sustainability plans for new ventures.

• Building and maintaining the corporate brand and managing external communication channels.

• Developing and managing marketing content for the company and its affiliates.

• Monitoring and reporting the performance of various business development initiatives.

• Oversee operational expenditure activities and achieve financial targets for the business units.

• Preparing quarterly budgets, including six-month rolling revenue forecasts.

• Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment with corporate goals.

• Performing general administrative duties to support smooth company operations.

• Providing periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) to the CEO by the 10th day following the reporting period.

• Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials Engineering.

2–5 years post-university experience in sales, business development, or related roles.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.

Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
