Salary:
Annual salary: ¥3,800,000 - ¥8,000,000
Salary will be determined based on experience, abilities, and previous salary.

Probation Period and Training:
Probation period: 6 months
Conditions will be the same as during the official employment.

Qualifications:
Required:
3+ years of experience in mechanical design.
Preferred:
Japanese N2
Experience with mechanical CAD and CAE design.
Experience as a leader in development projects.
Experience in mentoring junior staff.

Working Hours:
9:00 AM - 5:45 PM (subject to project site schedule)
Holidays and Leave:
2-day weekends, national holidays (subject to client’s calendar)
Summer and New Year holidays
Paid leave: 10 days after 6 months of employment, up to 20 days
