Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and spiritually mature Assistant Pastor to join our team in Sheerness. The Assistant Pastor will work closely with the Lead Pastor to support church ministries, foster spiritual growth, and drive community outreach initiatives. While the role will primarily be based in Sheerness, the candidate will also occasionally work in our London office and branch as part of their responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead worship services, preach, and teach in alignment with RCCG doctrines.

Oversee and manage designated ministries, such as youth, worship, or community outreach.

Provide pastoral care, including spiritual guidance and counselling.

Organize and implement church events, programs, and activities.

Work collaboratively with church leaders to achieve strategic objectives.

Represent RCCG City of Victory in external engagements and partnerships.

Occasionally work in the London office and branch to support ministry activities and church operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

A personal and demonstrable relationship with Jesus Christ and a strong calling to ministry.

Proven experience in pastoral leadership or ministry roles (minimum two years).

RCCG ordination or eligibility for ordination.

Understanding of RCCG doctrines and values.

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
