The optometrist will share in post op cataract care and be expected to manage glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetics and routine patients. Primarily a medical practice. They take 1 routine vision plan and do have an on-sight optical shop. Ideal candidate will have strong medical skills and be comfortable seeing a high volume of patients.
