Industrial Engineer

Assess risk levels and develop mitigating strategies, including performing DPP analysis on critical shortage items; collaborate with the IT team to address disruptions in MRP demand utilizing PFEP plans to identify excess inventory items; optimize logistics by efficiently loading trucks and overseas containers, achieving significant savings in freight charges; identify demand changes through EDI and collaborate with customers to ensure a seamless flow of parts from supplier to customer with minimal to no shortages; analyze cycle counts and conduct inventory variance investigations using root cause analysis to increase inventory efficiency; conduct monthly level-2 audits, provide corrective action plans for non-conformances; develop and implement new processes for FIFO, create month-based color codes and labels to reduce audit non-conformances; perform gap analysis, issue supplier ratings, and contribute to organizational safety protocols; and perform 5S audits, to identify supply chain gaps, and participate in continuous improvement sessions to foster product and process development.

Requirement: Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Project Management
