Not a senior position, it is a level II, 5 years experience

Certifications – assoc level certs

Linux background

General sys ops skills

Good level II person with Azure skills or good working knowledge of AWS – Azure preferred

Sound github skills

IaC in Azure

Looking for someone with Ansible and bash scripting, Terraform, Python, etc basic understanding of IAM, understanding of Packer is a nice to have when creating images

Very collaborative environment, solid communication skills

Looking for someone who is eager to transition from a traditional linux role into DevOps – need to be able to hit the ground running. Familiar with Linux OS

Nice to have: image deployment

Infra as code (IaC) in azure

Visual studio code as well

Bash scripting solid IAM understanding permissions

Entra ID and Github workflows

Images – packer as well

Terraform and Ancible and packer and python as well devops

Coming in transition from linux role into devops

1/2yrs linux background plus good understanding

Terraform will be priority

Not too overly concerned with cloud provider
