UX/UI Designer

Radaris, a leading Data-as-a-Service provider established in 2009, is seeking talented professionals to join our diverse remote team. With over 12 million monthly users, we provide comprehensive public records data services across the United States, Canada, and nine European countries. Our mission is to empower individuals and businesses by facilitating the discovery of people and essential public data through our innovative “People Finder 360” platform.

We’re seeking a creative and user-focused Designer to enhance our platform’s user experience and visual appeal.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

• Strong portfolio demonstrating web application design

• Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar)

• Experience in user research and usability testing

• Knowledge of responsive design principles

• Understanding of accessibility standards

• Experience with design systems

• Strong communication skills in English

• Experience working in remote teams

Responsibilities:

• Create intuitive and engaging user interfaces

• Develop and maintain design systems

• Conduct user research and usability testing

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

• Collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation

• Contribute to product strategy and user experience decisions

• Present design solutions to stakeholders
