Career1 is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for one of our printing clients in Mississauga. We are seeking experienced candidates with a strong background in customer service, fluent English communication skills, and solid computer knowledge. This role is ideal for individuals who can provide professional support to clients and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person communication.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally.

Utilize computer systems for data entry, order management, and customer follow-ups.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

3 to 4 years of experience in a similar customer service role.

Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).

Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate software systems.

Permanent Resident (PR) holder or Canadian Citizen (mandatory).

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
