Position: Hotel Front Desk Reception Staff & Lobby Service
Job Description:
Check-in and check-out duties
Provide information to guests about hotel facilities
Respond to phone calls and chat inquiries
Escort guests to their rooms
Greet guests at the front entrance
Location: Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture
Employment Type: Contract employee (fixed term of 4 months or more)
Salary: ¥2,580,000 - ¥3,800,000 per year (No fixed overtime pay)
Language Skills:
Japanese: JLPT N2 (N1 preferred)
English: Business level or higher

Experience:
Previous experience in hotel work preferred
English conversation skills preferred, but not required for beginners
Required Qualifications:
No specific licenses required
Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
