There may be the possibility of relocation to other hotels in different prefectures within the same group.
Required Experience and Skills
•Language Proficiency:
•Japanese: JLPT N2 level or above
•English: Daily conversation level or above (preferred)
•Chinese: Daily conversation level or above (preferred)
Experience:
•Strong communication skills in Japanese, English, and Chinese
•Proficient in PC operations
•Alignment with the company's philosophy
Employment Conditions
•Employment Type: Fixed-term contract (4 months or longer)
•Contract Period: Renewable
Salary:
•Annual salary: ¥3,000,000–¥3,500,000
•Monthly salary: ¥217,200–¥271,500
•Training period: ¥1,150/hour or higher
•Fixed overtime allowance: includes 30 hours (extra overtime will be paid separately)
•Bonus: Twice a year
•Probation Period: 3 months (during which employment is part-time, but benefits and vacation conditions remain the same)
Working Hours and Leave
•Working Hours: 5 days a week, 8 hours per day
•Sample shifts:
• 08:00–17:00
• 14:00–23:00
• 23:00–08:00 (next day)
•Average Monthly Overtime: 10 hours
•Days Off: Two days off per week (for 5-day workweek)
