Job Description:

Equipment Maintenance: Create inspection plans for manufacturing equipment such as plastic molding machines, acrylic pipe manufacturing machines, skylights, and bathtubs. Perform maintenance according to these plans, and handle repairs in case of breakdowns.

Skill Development: In addition to maintenance work, those interested in the design and manufacturing of plastic products can develop skills in these areas.

Job Requirements:

Position: Electrical Engineer (Maintenance) - No Experience Needed! Visa Support Available!

Salary: ¥2,800,000 to ¥3,200,000 (Based on experience, ability, and skills)

If you have forklift or crane operation experience, starting salary may exceed ¥250,000.

Trial and Training:

Trial period available (3 months)

Employment conditions are the same as upon official hiring

Qualifications:

Required:

Japanese language proficiency: Conversational level or higher (N3 acceptable!)

Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems

Preferred:

Experience in maintaining plastic molding machines is a plus

Forklift and crane operation experience is advantageous

Positive communication skills are welcomed

Ordinary driver's license (automatic transmission acceptable) is preferred

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

(Lunch Break: 1 hour)

Days Off:

Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays (as per company calendar)

Annual leave: 128 days
