Manufacturing Management Experience in the Manufacturing Industry (3+ years)

Job Description:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance professional for a fabless manufacturer, where you will handle quality assurance duties across various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Early detection of quality issues and implementing appropriate corrective actions

• Coordination with overseas and domestic factories (design verification, production management, shipping inspection)

• Creation of various documents (internal reports, specifications (in English), pharmaceutical submissions, domestic permits)

• Product verification in response to complaints

• Occasional business trips to related factories

Daily Schedule:

• 09:00-09:05: Morning meeting

• 09:05-09:10: Cleaning

• 09:10-09:30: Review of the previous day's quality-related actions

• 09:30-12:00: Progress check with respective teams

• 12:00-13:00: Lunch break

• 13:00-15:00: Document creation and other tasks

• 15:00-18:00: Other duties

Location: Koto-ku, Kameido

Smoking Policy: Indoor smoking is prohibited (entire building is non-smoking)

Relocation: Not possible

Number of Positions: 1

Selection Process: Document review, interview, written test

Employment Type:

• Permanent or fixed term (4 months or more, less than 4 months)

Salary:

• Monthly Salary: ¥200,000 – ¥380,000

• Expected Annual Income: ¥450,000 – ¥650,000

Overtime: Yes (additional compensation based on overtime hours)

Fixed Overtime: None

• Japanese: N1 Level

• English or Chinese: Required

Required Experience & Skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing management in the manufacturing industry

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience

• Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with customers and consumers

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or health product industry

• A positive, approachable personality with a great smile

Additional Information:

• Salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications during the interview

• Overtime pay will be fully compensated
