Mechanical Engineer (Maintenance) for Plastic Products

Job Title: Mechanical Engineer (Maintenance) for Plastic Products (Entry-Level Welcome)

Monthly Salary: ¥220,000 to ¥280,000

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (1-hour break)

Job Description:

Create inspection plans for machinery used in manufacturing plastic products, acrylic pipes, skylights, and bathtubs.

Perform maintenance according to the inspection plans and handle repairs in case of machinery breakdowns.

Opportunities for skill development in plastic product design and manufacturing are available for those interested.

Job Requirements:

Position: Mechanical Engineer (Maintenance) for Plastic Products

Salary: ¥220,000 to ¥280,000 (based on experience and skills)

Trial Period: 3 months

Benefits:

Bonuses twice a year (summer and winter)

Qualifications:

Japanese language proficiency (daily conversation level or N3 acceptable)

Knowledge of machinery is essential

Preferred:

Experience in maintenance of plastic molding machines

Forklift and overhead crane certifications are a plus

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Ordinary driver’s license (automatic transmission acceptable)

Days Off:

Weekends, public holidays, and others (based on company calendar)

Annual holidays: 128 days
