Job Description: Design the mechanisms by which machines operate using 2D CAD and 3D CAD.

Working Hours: 8:45 AM - 5:45 PM (8 hours of work)
Break Time: 45 minutes
Holidays: Weekends (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays, and annual holidays totaling 126 days (with variations depending on client company). Includes holidays like Golden Week, summer vacation, and year-end/new year holidays.
Leave: Paid annual leave, half-day paid leave, special leave (for weddings, funerals, childbirth, disaster, driver’s license renewal, etc.), childcare, and caregiver leave.
Overtime: No fixed overtime allowance; average overtime of 18.1 hours per month.
Language Proficiency:
Japanese: N2 level (business-level Japanese is preferred).
English: Daily conversation level.
Licenses: No specific license required.
Salary and Benefits
Salary: Basic salary of 280,000 yen (subject to increase based on working hours and job performance).
Salary during New Employee Training: 186,000 yen per month.
Bonuses: Paid twice a year (July and December).

28 years old: 6,774,200 yen
Salary Example: New employee in the all-solid-state battery R&D field: 415,875 yen (age 23, including 20 hours of overtime).
