Job Description:

This position involves the development of application software for IoT devices and network systems. The role focuses on developing software for areas such as autonomous driving (Level IV, V), robotics, control systems for IoT devices, artificial intelligence (AI), analysis, and simulation.

Job Details:

Training (Immediately after Hiring): Various training programs

Employment Type: Full-time employee (indefinite-term contract)

Contract Duration: No fixed term

Probationary Period: 3 months

Working Hours: 8:45 AM - 5:45 PM (8 hours of work)

Break Time: 45 minutes

Days Off: Saturdays and Sundays off, national holidays off. 126 annual holidays (varies depending on client company).

Holidays: Paid annual leave, half-day paid leave, special leave (for events such as weddings, childbirth, disasters, driver’s license renewal, etc.), parental leave, and caregiving leave.

Overtime: No fixed overtime pay. Average monthly overtime is 18.1 hours.

Salary:

Base Salary: 280,000 yen (subject to increase based on working hours and performance)

Training Period (New Employees): 186,000 yen per month

Overtime/Other Benefits: Overtime (if applicable), holiday work, night work, commuting, relocation, etc.

Expected Annual Income:

Expert (39 years old): 9.48 million yen

28-year-old: 6.77 million yen

Example of monthly salary for new employees: 415,875 yen (23 years old, including 20 hours of overtime)

Bonuses: Paid in July and December

Other Allowances: Position allowances, overtime pay, commuting, relocation, and other special payments.

Insurance: Employment insurance, workers' compensation, employee pension, health insurance, and comprehensive welfare group insurance.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

Education: Expected to graduate from a graduate school or university with a background in science or engineering.

Skills:

Japanese: N2 level proficiency (business-level proficiency is preferred)

English: Daily conversational level

Licenses: No specific license required.

Other: All relocation and transportation costs to the workplace will be covered.
