Job content

● Handling orders from overseas and domestic customers

● Acting between suppliers and factories to exchange information necessary for customs clearance

Inventory management (understanding the overall inventory and shipping status, improving logistics operations, coordinating information with other departments, understanding the overall situation, and optimizing.)

● Proposals for improving inventory turnover, improving logistics operations.

Qualifications

University/graduate school/college/junior college/senmon/high school education

[Required]

●Japanese language proficiency level N1 or equivalent

● Domestic logistics experience (shipping, etc.), purchasing, order management, production management experience, more than one year of experience in import/export (ship), people who like analysis

09:00-09:05 Morning meeting

09:05-09:10 Cleaning

09:10-09:30 Checking system input

10:00-11:00 Sending shipping instructions to warehouse

11:00-12:00 Checking arrival schedule

12:00-13:00 Lunch

13:00-18:00 Analysis work, import procedure work, etc.
