As a Business Support Coordinator assistant, the candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to the team, She will be handling customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience, and report the daily update to the Senior.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively
- Align team to resolve Customer Complains.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members or other departments as necessary
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Ability to perform as per instructed by the seniors, and compete the given tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
- Must be graduated and have good command in English Language.
- Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS-Office
- Ability to work as per instructed by Seniors.
