1. Responsible for the implementation of the company's recruitment
program, including job demand analysis, recruitment channel
management, resume screening and interview arrangements;
2. Manage recruitment channels, establish and maintain the talent pool.
3. Develop and optimize the company's human resource management system
and process, including recruitment, training, performance appraisal,
salary management and other modules;
4. Organize and implement staff training programs to enhance the overall
capability of the team;
5. Responsible for the handling of employee procedures such as entry,
exit, and transfer and the management of employee files;
6. Pay attention to employee relations, solve internal conflicts of the
team in time, and maintain a good corporate culture atmosphere;
7. Provide the company with advice related to labor law to ensure legal
compliance;
8. Assisting the management to complete other HR related matters.
9. Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal system and follow
up the application of appraisal results.
10. Responsible for the provision and analysis of salary accounting data
to ensure the reasonable implementation of salary and benefit policies.
