Assistant Press Operator (Mon-Thurs)--Near St. Louis, MO

A global converting company near St. Louis is seeking an Assistant Press Operator for their 2nd shift. Hours are 9pm-7am, Monday-Thursday. The Assistant Operator will work jointly with the Press Operator for the direction and utilization of the press. The Assistant Operator is responsible to ensure that plates and correct stock are staged at the press for an effective and efficient change over as well as compliance requirements associated with the department procedures. Assistant Operator must be ready to take over the press in the absence of the Press Operator.

Will consider any previous printing/converting experience (wide web flexo, narrow web flexo, offset, gravure, corrugated, etc.).
