Assistant Manager Upscale Restaurant

A globally-inspired restaurant is seeking an Assistant Manager. We are seeking an experienced and mature Assistant Manager. This is a key leadership position, responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, including the management of staff, food and beverage, and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the hospitality industry, with a focus on upscale dining. They will be a strong leader with the ability to motivate and inspire a team, as well as the ability to create a positive and welcoming environment for guests.

This candidate must:

-Have 2+ years of restaurant experience in a full-service, upscale dining setting

-Strong organizational skills

-Be a good communicator with both staff and guests

-Take an active role in operating a successful business

-Be very proactive with financials

-Have a passion for the industry

-Be a talent developer and be passionate about training and hiring

-Be able to work with a dynamic and talented staff
