Branch Manager

Type: Full-Time (Direct Hire)

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday regular dayshift

Work Location: Tondo Manila (onsite)

Salary: 65,000 max/month

Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

Lead, coach, and manage a team to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.

Develop and implement strategies to grow the branch’s customer base and improve market share.

Manage branch financials, including budgets, profit and loss (P&L) statements, and expense control.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills:

-Must have at least 4 years experience as a Branch Manager in any financial institution, have a very strong sales and marketing orientation and knowledgeable in branch operations.

Additional Notes:

This position will be working with a commercial bank in the Philippines.
