Devops engineer

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to streamline and enhance our software development processes. You will bridge the gap between development and operations by implementing automation, monitoring, and robust infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.

• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Monitor system performance, reliability, and scalability using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.

• Automate repetitive tasks using scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of applications.

• Implement security best practices across infrastructure and pipelines.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, testing, and production environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.

• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

• Strong understanding of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).

• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Nagios, Splunk, Datadog).

• Hands-on experience with scripting and automation.

• Understanding of networking, system administration, and security concepts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Expert).

• Experience with serverless architectures and technologies.

• Familiarity with blue/green and canary deployment strategies.

• Knowledge of database management and optimization.
