Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and user-focused UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and visually appealing user experiences for our digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-centered interfaces and experiences for web, mobile, and desktop applications.

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate ideas effectively.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business objectives.

• Develop and maintain design systems and ensure consistency across all platforms.

• Analyze and optimize user journeys to improve usability and engagement.

• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

• Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred).

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and process.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.

• Familiarity with design thinking and agile methodologies.

• Background in conducting A/B testing and analyzing user data.

• Certification in UX/UI design (e.g., Nielsen Norman Group, HCI).
