Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design process from research to concept development, wireframing, prototyping, and final implementation.

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with business objectives and user needs.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of UX designs into final products.

• Advocate for user-centred design principles and best practices within the organization.

• Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across products.

• Analyse and leverage user feedback and analytics data to optimize designs.

• Stay updated with the latest UX trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance design solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a portfolio showcasing successful UX projects.

• Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.

• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.

• Excellent skills in wireframing, prototyping, and creating interactive mock-ups.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing for SaaS platforms or enterprise-level solutions.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines (WCAG).

• Understanding of design thinking methodologies.
