Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business processes, systems, and requirements to identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize requirements for projects.

• Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.

• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with business and technical teams.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clarity and alignment.

• Conduct impact analysis for proposed changes and assess risks and mitigation strategies.

• Support quality assurance efforts by reviewing test plans and validating deliverables.

• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend best practices for business analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on IT projects.

• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.

• Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including use cases, process models, and wireframes.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Certification in CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or technology consulting.

• Familiarity with data analysis tools and reporting frameworks.

• Knowledge of SQL and database management concepts.
