Agile transformation coach

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Agile Transformation Coach to lead and mentor teams and organizations in their journey toward adopting agile principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of agile methodologies, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to influence at all levels of an organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide teams and leadership in adopting agile principles and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS.

• Develop and implement agile transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Coach teams on building high-performance, self-organized, and collaborative cultures.

• Provide training and workshops to enhance understanding of agile practices and mindsets.

• Foster a continuous improvement culture by implementing feedback loops and retrospectives.

• Partner with stakeholders to identify and resolve challenges in the transformation journey.

• Measure and report on the progress and success of the agile transformation initiatives.

• Promote a culture of experimentation, adaptability, and learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.).

• Proven track record of successful agile transformation in large-scale organizations.

• Excellent facilitation, mentoring, and coaching skills.

• Ability to influence and inspire change across teams and leadership levels.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or ICAgile Certified Professional.

• Experience with agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or Rally.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and their integration with agile methodologies.

• Familiarity with Lean principles and practices.
