We are seeking a skilled Software Test Analyst to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software applications. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering defect-free software.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts.

• Perform manual and automated testing for web, mobile, and desktop applications.

• Identify, document, and track software defects in a clear and concise manner.

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.

• Conduct regression testing, performance testing, and security testing as needed.

• Analyse test results and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

• Participate in agile processes and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.

• Maintain testing documentation and provide regular updates to the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.

• Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).

• Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing techniques.

• Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Postman).

• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit, TestNG).

• Solid understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.

• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, or JavaScript) is a plus.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions is advantageous.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• ISTQB Certification or equivalent.

• Experience in performance testing with tools like JMeter.

• Familiarity with cloud-based environments (AWS, Azure, etc.).

• Experience in API testing and tools like Postman or SoapUI.
