Qualifications

· Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree and with License

Responsibilities

· Assess patients' health, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and provide wound care. They also educate patients and families about their condition and treatment plan.

· Communicate with doctors, other healthcare professionals, and patients and their families to ensure smooth and effective care.

· Advocate for their patients' needs and rights, ensuring they receive the best possible care.

· Educate patients about their health conditions, medications, and self-care practices.

· Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, pharmacists, and therapists, to provide comprehensive care.

· Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, which is essential for tracking progress and ensuring continuity of care.

· Provide emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times.

· Follow strict infection control protocols to protect patients and themselves from the spread of disease.
