Responsibilities
• Engage with potential customers in person/by phone, through various channels like online and at community events
• Conduct thorough assessments of customer energy needs and provide tailored solar solutions.
• Educate customers about the benefits of solar energy and how it can impact their utility bills.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage leads, track sales progress, and maintain customer relationships.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and share best practices.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to enhance sales efforts.
Skills
• Excellent communication skills are preferred
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on motivating and guiding team members.

• Experience in door-to-door sales is highly desirable.
