Scrum master

As a Scrum Master at Sancus Technologies, you will lead and manage the agile development process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and exceed client expectations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and quality assurance, to optimize workflows and ensure alignment with our company’s goals. This role demands expertise in AWS, Java, .NET, and SQL technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Guide and coach development teams on Scrum practices, Agile methodologies, and best practices.

• Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to define project requirements and set priorities.

• Remove obstacles and provide support to the team to ensure seamless delivery of projects.

• Maintain project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure the team meets deadlines and quality standards.

• Track and report on project performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in delivery.

• Support integration of AWS, Java, .NET, and SQL technologies as needed within the project scope.

Requirements:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar role.

• Proficiency in AWS, Java, .NET, and SQL technologies.

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks, with the ability to adapt to dynamic and complex environments.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to facilitate team collaboration and resolve conflicts.

• Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and Agile tracking tools.

• Ability to mentor and guide teams on Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with additional cloud platforms and DevOps practices.

• Familiarity with software development processes and lifecycle management.
