Job Description:
As an Entry-Level Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our company’s data accuracy and integrity. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Entering and updating data into our systems with precision and efficiency
Reviewing data for completeness and correctness
Correcting data entry errors and ensuring accuracy
Organizing and maintaining files and records
Conducting data verification and cleansing as required
Following standard data entry procedures and policies
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or other data entry software
Good organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication skills
Prior experience in data entry or related fields is a plus but not required
