Principal Scientist – Food Manufacturing - Midwest Location
Salary Up To $125,000 + Benefits + Bonus & Paid Relocation to the Midwest

Our client has a great opportunity for a Principal Scientist who has experience in co-drying and dry blending combinations of dairy, dairy flavors, seasonings, flavors, colors and other ingredients (seasoning and flavor development and agglomeration and instantization of powders). This person must have a proven track record in new product development directly or under their leadership. If you have a proven career advancement in dairy flavors, natural, process and cheese sauces and products, this is the position for you. MUST HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE TO APPLY.
Minimum requirements for this Principal Scientist position:
• Bachelor’s degree in food science, microbiology, biology, chemistry, chemical engineering or related field required
• Graduate degree in Food Science, microbiology, biology, chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field required (work experience may be substituted for the required graduate education on a year-for-year basis)
• At least 5 years’ experience working in R&D, product development, or innovation at food or ingredient company preferred
• Proven successful track record in new product development with multiple examples of commercialized products/solutions directly or under your leadership
