Job Title: Accountant

Hours: 8:30am-5:30pm US Eastern Time, Monday-Friday
Job Summary:
We are looking for an Accountant with relevant working experience to maintain the financial records of N-Tier's Construction Division- N-Tier Disaster Recovery Solutions. The Accountant's job duties include working closely with our Accounting and Project Team to ensure accurate recording of day-to-day transactions, process accounts payable and receivable, manage invoices and vendor billings. We use QuickBooks as an accounting software, so familiarity of the software is an advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Journalizes all financial transactions (Revenue, Expenses, Assets and Liabilities) in QuickBooks, maintains records, and generate financial reports in a timely manner.
• Monitor and verify credit card transactions, and securing invoices and receipts
• Records invoices from suppliers, and billing statements from other vendors.
• Prepares invoices, and processes payments from customers.
• Records credit card transactions periodically and ensures that all transactions are business-related.
• Ensures that accounts payables and receivables are current.
• Prepares weekly budget analysis on jobs that are in progress and recently completed jobs
• Prepares a monthly breakeven analysis
• Records payroll data into QuickBooks
• Ensures that books are maintained for periodic assessment of the company's performance.
• Performs periodic inventory of fixed assets and Tools and Equipment
• Proposes and enacts applicable internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets
• Other tasks that may be assigned not limited to the above-mentioned duties
• May also be required to perform tasks from other divisions.
• Sending out WA(Work Authorization), COS(Certificate of Satisfaction), and other paperwork via DocuSign
• Uploading such docs to Dash and other programs
• Updating the job status in Dash
• Generating the reports for the production meeting
• Making sure that regular job updates are provided by the PMs
Requirements:
• Relevant bookkeeping, auditing, and/or management accounting experience (experience in the U.S. market is preferred)
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and extensive accounting experience
• Must have a background and relevant experience in inventory management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and QuickBooks
• Excellent English communication skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Must have a degree in Accountancy or Management Accounting
• CPA is a plus
• Able to work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm U.S. Eastern Time.
• Required to utilize your own equipment, including computers, internet connections, and any other necessary tools.
