Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Philippines

Salary: 250,000 max/month + up to 130M commission

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial operations in the Philippines. This role involves managing financial activities, overseeing compliance, and driving financial strategy at the national level while coordinating with our headquarters financial team in Shanghai. A crucial part of this role is leading local financing initiatives with banks and family offices for both equity and debt financing.

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead financing initiatives with banks and family offices

-Oversee financial planning, budgeting & compliance

-Collaborate with HQ in Shanghai

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA qualification is preferred.

-8+ years in finance, with 3-5 years in a senior role (CFO/Financial Controller)

-Strong banking network & fundraising experience

-Deep knowledge of Philippine financial regulations
