SRK Systems Inc. has an opening for the position of Software Developer.

Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in one of the subjects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Resolve support requests within Service Level Agreement time frames.

• Assess and triage issues. Escalate issues to management, as appropriate.

• Deliver defect-free enhancements that are compliant with industry and application best practices.

• Deliver enhancements following the work request process: Gather Requirements, Design, Build, Test and Migrate.

• Using our metric-based methodology and tools, performs analysis to identify and resolve recurring issues.

• Resolve problems and challenging issues/bugs.

• Track and catalog issues and projects in the ticket management system.

• Work on projects in all project phases.

• Participate in user requirement gathering and functional designs.

• Author technical designs.

• Exhibit unwavering honesty and integrity.

• Responsible for providing highly technical support.
