SUMMARY :
The General Manager for Sales & Service is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of both the sales and service departments within the automobile dealership or service center. This leadership position requires a strong focus on operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and staff management to drive business growth in the automotive industry.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
*Lead the sales team, providing direction, motivation, and performance management.
*Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing sales, ensuring the team is effective and efficient.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
*Establish and monitor service performance metrics to ensure optimal turnaround time, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
*Develop and manage the budget for both sales and service departments, ensuring financial objectives are met.
*Ensure superior customer service is delivered at every customer touchpoint, from sales inquiries to after-sales service.
*ecruit, train, and develop staff in both sales and service departments.
*Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and skill development to enhance team performance.

Qualifications:
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
*Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in the automobile sales/service industry, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
*Proven track record of success in sales management and service operations within the automotive sector.
*Strong knowledge of automotive products, services, and customer needs.
*Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
SALARY:
50,000 TO 80,000
