️ Assist in food prep, including cutting vegetables, marinating proteins, and assembling dishes

️ Recruit, supervise, and provide training to the staff to uphold production and service excellence

️ Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure the goods meet the highest standards

️ Conceptualize and design the menu offerings for the new coffee shop in New Zealand

Requirements:

Experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is a plus (but not required!)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and commitment to high food quality standards
