1) For java, “spring integration” experience is important along with spring framework and rest api’s. Not all developers may have “spring integration” experience but asking them about “integration” patterns is important.
XSLT experience is highly important, so more preference needs to be given to candidates who has done it. If they haven’t done it, ask them about xml transformation and how they have done complex xml transformations.
